This is my scenario,
697 fico
Florida prop
SFR
75% LTV
Cash out refi.
DO Approved - no tax returns or income asked for
I refinanced this borrower 2 years ago as full doc with great ratio, She has to wait 4 bus. days to collect all of her returns from her tax person because she is out of town and I would really like to submit this deal and get it working already, Even though DO findings DO NOT ask for income verification i just asked her to obtain it anyway but are there still banks in Florida that will take the loan without the returns so I can get it in process already?
