I have a 203K FHA rehab loan that needs a home. I had it at a lender and found out today, they dont do them in AZ.
the loan is:
Purchase
$215K
97LTV
Streamline ($16,000 in repairs)
Approve/Eligible
I have a complete package, just no lender. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Our office does do 203k loans nationwide. I am with Freedom Mortgage (retail branch).
