Justin,

I have responded to you through the BO and via normal email... perhaps you are not receiving my replies

With the large number of people that contact Patrick and I, it can be very hard to reach us via phone or email. By far the best way to contact us is WebEx AIM Pro (click the link in my signature for the free download). While we are almost always online, we are usually speaking with multiple prospects, Tmers, and current clients via AIM. It is also an essential part of our services, as you will need it to communicate with your TMer during your shift.

I look forward to working with you, and know that once you see how our system works, you will be excited as well

Patrick/John,
Where do these originate (phone, net, direct mail) and ... are there any parameters? For example, is it just "take what you get, could be a 500 FICO" sort of deal, or is there any pre-qual/filtering?

Thank you in advance!

Pat, might that be flirting with RESPA???? Something of value on the condition of sending the business to you, i.e. the processing???

Just an observation.

Nope. All the "legs" are not there. We would charge the same price to a processing client and a non-processing client. This is simply the start of the limiting our services to processing clients only.

Phone.

I'll be 100% upfront on this issue. The filters & guarantee are the exact same as what's offered by best rate. The only difference is that we guarantee the SSN and the price point.

In quoting your original post, "We will only be offering this product to processing clients.", isn't that a restricted offering?????

Yes.

RESPA's concern is with kickbacks, unearned fees and things of value of referral activities.

It would be one thing if we were giving the leads away, say 10 at a time per funded loan processed with us (or even if we were charging say a dollar each). However, that is not the case. We are simply going back to the way things were a little over 6 months ago.

Offering marketing services to non-processing clients is new for us and we are moving back to the full-service business model.

Processing is our core business and the simple fact of the matter is that we prefer full service clients and we are restructuring our offerings to reflect such a desire.

I could see where one might view this as flirting with RESPA, but I'm quite confident that HUD would not see this as a violation. As a business owner in the United State of America i have quite a bit of lateral movement in deciding who to offer services to. RESPA is not nearly as unyielding as people would think.

Sorry about that, I missed that! Based on your answer, this sounds pretty good -- I'm just not sure about the filters (I'm not familiar with Best Rate's filters). Can you elaborate?

Effective Monday June 16th at 5PM EST new orders for Prime Processors Rent-a-Telemarketer service will only be accepted from Prime Processors processing clients.

As some clients branch agreements do not allow them to use our processing services we will be making our pay per lead program available to all LO's effective immediately.

If you have any questions please email jtattan@closingprime.com

Thank you for your understanding.

Regards,
Pat Lawson

First of all, John and Patrick are impossible to get ahold of. Both my branch manager and I have sent emails and left voicemails to check on the status of our telemarketing campaigns with no response. The first scheduled campaign was never scheduled (I was told that the session was open and that it was ours) however they were right on the ball to collect the money from my branch managers card. Second you're supposed to be able to listen in to the telemarketers and communicate with them via instant messenger so you can yield better results, however we got no response on how to get set up to take advantage of that. Our first session was on Monday from 4-8 CST and out of 400 calls we got 2 mini apps. I'm not sure if our second session, last night from 4-8 CST, even went on because there is no communication whatsoever from their end and we received no apps. We still have tonight from 4-8 CST and tomorrow 4-8 CST. Last nights campaign, if it happened, produced no apps and I'm clueless on how many calls were made. I hate to speak negatively about a company that seemed to have nothing but positive feedback and seemed legit, but I just want to share our experience. I have to convince my branch manager that these guys are legit and they're not a scam. Maybe they can rectify the situation, maybe they can't. I hope they can because we were planning on doing 5-10 telemarketing sessions a month.

John or Patrick, if you are out there, please let us know what is up.

Jordan,

Your campaign was originally scheduled for a week that ended up needing about 1/2 of it's shifts rescheduled due to the loss of TMer, and another unexpectedly cutting their hours in half. While I understand that this isn't your concern, it is the facts and couldn't be avoided.

Monday's shift produced 2 leads in the 3 hours that were run (you have been credited with the additional hour because it was due to our TMer). This may not be indicative of our typical results, but it certainly isn't nothing.

You actually weren't on the schedule for last night, but are on the schedule from 400p - 900p CST tonight (extra hour credited), and the remainder of your contract is Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.

You were "grandfathered" into the old pricing because we had originally spoken before the pricing took effect, and so were receiving the most lenient pricing and ordering policies that we could have given you. As posted on this forum, we are no longer accepting Rent-A-TM orders that are not from current Processing clients of ours.

I'm sorry that you haven't been able to reach us, but those that contact us through AIM Pro (explicitly stated to be our preferred method of contact) typically have no trouble in doing so.

Best,

John Tattan

I've spoken with Patrick via AIM last week. Neither of you have been on lately (plawson@closingprime.com and jtattan@closingprime.com). I've also downloaded WebEX AIM Pro and neither of you show up. I don't know how we're supposed to contact you if that's your preferred method of contact. I can understand if you're busy, but it would be nice to be contacted to let us know what is going on with this campaign. Come on guys I know you're better than this.

there's your problem....

Patrick is now "Managing Prime"
I am "john.tattan@dialingprime.com"

AIM should have sent out the message about the new screen names. Figures that it was as simple as this to solve.
