Do ANY wholesale lenders cross-securitize liquid invesmtments as a means for the Borrower not to have to unwind their investments to meet LTV thrsholds? I have a 800 Fico, <40% DTI, $2.4M "subject to" apprasial and Borrower wants to minimize their out-of-pocket while building this home.
