Hey there everyone, I would greatly appreciate all and any imputs regarding this matter. I am currently working w/ a client who's preparing to purchase their first home. The only issue is that the gentleman is extremely cautious of making any moves until his pending divorce is complete. I was told that it's no problem for the borrower to seek and get the best possible mortgage but stay clear of the deed. By staying clear i mean have a relative (child, sibling) assume the deed therefore, the client would be in the clear of any sort of entitlement to his soon to be ex spouse. What do you think?? What other options exist in this market of our??? |
