Offering Extensive Industry-Wide Experience in Retail and Wholesale Lending, Over 47 years of combined real estate experience. With Full Service Contract Processing of FHA, VA, FNMA, FHLMC Conforming and Non-Conforming Loans, Niche and Subprime included.
B&C Processing can Handle ALL of Your Mortgage Processing Needs. Contract Processing is the Mortgage Industry Trend for Today and Beyond! The Question in Not “Why Outsource?” But Rather “Why Not?”
Control your costs- have a processor “in” your office without the costs. Avoid the expense and frustration of hiring, training, and retraining in-house processors. Reduce you overhead by eliminating salaries, benefits, sick time, vacation time and workman’s compensation. The processing can be passed on to the borrower if permissible by law. Free up valuable office space- how much rental space are your processors now taking up in your office environment.
DESIGNED TO MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS:
Upon receipt of a new file, the Processor will review within 24-48 hours. A needs list will be generated and forwarded to the originator to review with the borrower(s). Title, appraisal and payoffs are ordered at this time if applicable. We will order all VOEs, VODs, VOMs, VORs and documentation required from third parties. We will work with all parties involved to collect all needed items. Once all needed items are received, the file will be submitted to the lender of your choice. Once we receive an approval from the lender, we will convey any needed conditions to the originator and work to clear all conditions. Once the approval and appraisal are received, the insurance binder will be requested. We will coordinate condition clearance and schedule closing. We will prepare the document order/fee sheet and fax t to the Loan Officer for approval. Once approved, we will fax it to the lender. We request that a copy of the preliminary HUD-1 be faxed to us prior to closing for verification of figures. We will follow the closing through funding making sure your loan package is accurate and complete. The loan package is returned to the originator’s office after funding. Loan Officers/Originators are responsible for choosing the program, lender and locking the rate.
