Customer is Self Employed but does not have a business license. He gets referalls from local business that sell doors to home owners and he installs them. Did not file 2006 or 2007 taxes. 2005 filed as self employed. Again, no business license
Bank statements for last 12 months show average deposit of 5K+
Has not been late on his mortgage, history back to 04/03, current not is 12%
Looking for Highest LTV with Bank statements to pay off bills.
Value is about 170K.
540 credit score
****GOT ABOUT 20 Emails from brokers that basically said, I'll do it with my guy, charge 5 points and send you some cash. Those are just deleted, your lucky I don't post them******
Anyone who wants to send me a lender direct is welcome.
