Ive got a jumbo investment property that Im trying to refinance. Here's the details.... 830 Fico, 630k ln amt, full doc, 85-90% Ltv, excellent reserves, rate and term, property is in wisconsin. The property is currently on the market but they will take it off. They are looking for an option arm if at all possible. I know this is a tough one but any help would be appreciated.
