| Looking for a lender to go Siva with this, Owns two companies both ATM and Vending. Has 665, 665 and 775 scores, can verify assets. Would like to go full doc, but DTI with reporting income is 60+%(he plugs the money back into the machines). He has been in the house(ca. property) 7 years no lates, no consumer debt either...open tradelines, but 0 balances. No derogs on credit, any suggestions are appreciated. LTV is very conservative, probably lower...just dont want to take any chances with an appraisal cut. |
