I have a full package construction deal in Iowa with a GC and the only problem I have is a dti about 55% I have a 635 credit score and 200K in assets. Owner has 50K of his own $$ invested and they have cleared the lot but have not started to build yet.
Loan abount is 417K
Value will be 700K

| 6 months ago it probably would not have been a problem. Now - Good Luck. Honestly, I would tell them to go to a local bank. Probably their best bet. |
