No I/O for me
5 yr 7% pays .25ysp
30 year 7.5% pays 1
Earn an extra 20 bps for full file submissions.
Depending on zip code I may be able to do a pick a pay loan if they are looking for the lower payments. Has an I/O option, but fully indexed rate is a little higher. And we are not doing full LTVs in every market. What is the property zip code? |
