i have a l/a of 490K ... value of 625K, 80% ltv,full doc
30 yr fix pricing needed
I am not sure if i can go fha with this loan amount??
if not have lenders raised the conforming limits in NJ?
any help would be great.

You can see the limits for FHA & Conforming, just change the "limit type" field to whatever you are looking for. |

thank you.. looks like im ok.. now are all banks honoring these limits as conforming loan amounts??? |

| We are but don't be surprised to see a minimum credit score requirement on those that is much higher than a regular loan. Plus there will probably be a rate bump. |

Almost every lender has "conforming jumbo" guidelines with minimum ficos. |
