Who will do a file that is only 6 months out of Chap 13. I had a approve last week and now with DU 7.0, it is a Level IV!
Please help!

| DU changed guidelines this weekend. You are going to see a lot of denial and level approvals from now on. Can't do FHA, loan amount to high. |

The reason I asked is that banks are still accepting the old DU findings. You did not need to re-run the findings.... |
