I am looking for a lender that will do manufactured housing in Illinois. Looking to finance a manufactured home, with a VIN, within a retirement community.

I have called about six of my FHA lenders, and they are all shying away. Did you have a specific lender in mind?

| Send it to us. We at least still do Manufactured Homes on the conforming side as well as FHA so we're not prone to "shy away" from them. |

Will you do them, if the development itself, rather than the borrower owns the land, as in some type of leasehold? FHA requires the borrower to own.
