I keep getting an approve/ineligible on a purchase i'm doing. It is driving me nuts!! It says "this loan is ineligible because the Financed Funding Fee amount may not exceed the Total Funding Fee amount".
It doesn't!! They are exactly the same in Calyx and DU. I don't get it but i've been working on it for 3 hours and I can't figure it out. Someone wanna guide me away from this madness? LOL |

| There should be 2 places to input the VA funding fee - one place lists the amount of VA funding fee, and the other place lists the amount of VA funding fee that will be financed - make sure both numbers match and you should hopefully stop getting this error |

| Thank you. on the details of transaction the MIP was checked somehow and I unchecked it and it put the appropriate funding fee and it got rid of the ineligible findings. |

It amazes me how often such a small mistake can lead to so much frustration. Good to know you fixed it. I hope it closes soon. |
