Looking for a home for this loan. I have a complete file (2 years personal and business taxes, and appraisal). Was going to go FHA, but it's taking too long.
Purchase price $345,000
FTHB
FICO 634
DTI 30
Oregon / Deschutes County
Looking for quick U/W turntime - does that exist?
