I have tough one. I have client that owns 10.9 acres with almond producing trees on 8 of the acres and they live in a permament mounted modular home on the property.
Need a loan for $250,000 Refi/ Cash Out 60 LTV. Strong credit SE Northern California.
What is the best solution. Is this a agri loan or commercial?
