| I have been recently approched by a rep form U first about marketing for the mma who believes that with my dm business model this would be a great opportunity for extra income. thing is, I'm not interested but what if I put an experieced agent in my office whose sole job would be to solicit 10 yrs of my past customers and offer this service to any customer who just closed or we turned down due to no benefit. Do you guys think this is a good idea or does it have disaster spelled all over it? |

Don't walk....run away...
Stick to your current business model. The MMA is an overpriced system that only works for very few people. |

You might find 4 people per year that will actually poney up the $3K for the software and get a HELOC.
It's a stupid system that only works if you have a ton of money. The way I see it is if you have a ton of money then pay off the mortgage yourself. I dont see any benefit to pitching the program. |
