Benefits of LP over DO

Does anyone prefer LP over DO? Pros and cons of LP? Is LP better than DO for some certain scenarios?

I usually go DU first depending on the deal. LP seems to like higher credit scores and lower ltv's but will allow for higher DTI's. That always seems to be the case. However lately not quite as much as a difference.
