No "Real Housewives" Involved
COTO DE CAZA – A home in the Los Ranchos Estates section of the city sold for $19.5 million last week. The price is a record for homes in Coto.
The 15,000-square-foot home sits on a 9.6-acre lot with views of the Santa Ana Mountains and Coto de Caza.
According to listing information, the custom-built, two-story home on Violeta Lane in the gated community has seven bedrooms, 12 bathrooms and a 10-car garage.
The architecture style of the house is Tuscan. The house comes with stables, a tennis court, pool house, wine cellar, theater, billiards room, 2,000-square-foot master bedroom suite, two inside kitchens and an outdoor kitchen.
The sale was brokered by Ken Bowen of the Bowen team.
"We represented both the buyer and the seller," Bowen said.
Bowen declined to reveal the name of the buyer, citing a confidentiality agreement.

| It finally sold. I'd been looking at it for the last 2yrs wondering when it would go. I got to admit, I had it in the back of my mind that I wanted to be the one to buy it. Kobe supposedly backed out of escrow when he heard he might of been going to the Bulls. Maybe he's the one that came back and got it? |
