Is it possible for the listing realtor to give the buyers a credit towards closing? The seller is already giving 3% but can the realtor kick in another 3% too?

fannie you are limited to 3%. FHA will allow 6%.
why do you need 6% for orgination or Fees?

They have nothing to put down. So the seller will give them the 3% and the listing agent is willing to kick in another 3%. So it's a combo of both closing costs and DP. Can't go FHA as she has a BK that hasn't yet hit 3 years.

Is the realtor related to the buyer?
