Anyone have a line on a lender for this? 2.3MM, C/O, 79%, full doc, S/E, 705 mid score. Wants a low 30yr fixed, but also wants to look at the 5/1 and 7/1 w/IO option.

Try Paramount Residential Mortgage Group. Loan Amounts upto $3,000,000. FICO as low as 660. Upto 85%LTV, full doc, rates as low as 6.5%, I/O available, cashout upto $500000. Try this lender and see what they have to say.
