Can anyone get this done?
748 Mid fico
SFR O/O on 5 Acres
CA property located in San Benito County
Stated Self Employed / Verified Reserves
$650K loan amount
85% LTV
Rate & Term Transaction
Looking for a 30yr fix.
Please let me know if you can get this done.

My max stated in CA would be 75% LTV.
However could you go bank statements? 80% MAx LTV C/O, 85% max LTV R/t, we could try for an exception and go 85% LTV C/O with that FICO. The question is, would your borrower consider a rate of over 8%?
