The size is not an issue. The problem is construction right now is difficult with EVERYONE.
Your LTC, and borrowers experience will be key here as well as the end result. Will the borrower sell or continue to own this? Do they own the land? Email me these answers Exec Summary, Pro Forma, to start.

If the borrower is considering a hard money loan for the initial phase of this construction, we may be interested.

The size won't be a problem.

It depends on the particulars of the project and the borrowers.

Loan amount not a problem, It will depend on LTV and what the borrower has put into the project up to this point. I have one construction loan in south fla that should be clear to close in the next 7-10 business days. If you are interested you can email me and we can discuss this in more detail.
