Okay, so this is what we have:
* Guaranteed 8% to 10% closing ratio (hmmm...) and, in 52 states no less
* Posting under two different names, low post count (Mohit & Sunil)
* Gmail address with failure to provide any details/website.
To Mohit/Sunil- this is just a suggestion to help you out. If you'd like people to purchase your leads, there has to be more than a carrot at the end of the stick. Either a bit more disclosure/information, or.. put your money where your mouth is, and offer a free trial if you haven't built up those resources yet.
If you can demonstrate proof of an 8-10% closing ratio for $1/lead, either through information or free-leads, *every* broker who reads your post will buy from you. Without it, you'll be fortunate to make one single sale. |

| Not only are these leads $1 , they will graciously throw in two new never before heard of states !!! Imagine the possiblities... 52 states lol.... This guys sales pitch was written by the Bush administration. |

Your profile says you're from "tempa, FL". I assume you mean "Tampa" Florida?
Your company name is "Perfection Enterprises", is that correct? The only Perfection Enterprises in FL appears to be registered to someone else (Husband & Wife by name of Howard).
Something is not adding up. Can you provide more details about your company? A website, an officially registered business address? Where your leads are originating, anything? |
