Bone-

Go back and review your closed loans and look for the borrowers that are self employed. Do they own their building? Do they want to own the building they rent? Look for clients that own units(5+). Those old files are a huge source of warm leads. If you did a good job for them in the past they will be willing to talk about their commercial needs.

See what you find and call me. I am a direct commercial lender and look forward to talking with you.

Well you may want to change your name on here in order for anyone to take you seriously enough to send a deal to.

I gotta admit, I like his tactic!

He's straight out honest! I'd send him a deal if I had one, if he thinks he's got a broker that can mentor him through it.

i have not done commercial before either but i can get a mailing list of business owners that currently have an SBA loan. i asked a question earlier if there are any programs like a streamline but apparently not. even if i got calls i would not know how to take it from there.

HAHA. OT but reminded me of a pretty funny joke.

Two Hispanics went into the bank to deposit their earnings from begging on the streets. One had only a few dollars to deposit and the other had a bag full of money. The first guy says, "Eh homes how did you get so much money? My sign says please help support my wife and two kids, and all I got was $10". The other guy laughs and says, "Stupido, my sign says I only need $10 more to get back to Mexico."

Before I get attacked, I sure hope that did not offend any of you!! I was told this joke by one of my best friends who is Mexican, it's just a joke!

You try to make a name for yourself and tend to be a little bit overeager. I picked the screen name after hearing it on the Jim Rome show. Most screen names are boring and just blend into the background. I thought my name should be a name that people might remember. I figured this would be the best way to get initial business as well as repeat business. I appreciate all the advice given so far.

I doubt you will get business with that name but, you sure as hell got the attention.
