I HAVE A DU APPROVAL FOR FULL DOC AND ITS ONLY ASKING FOR A SCHEDULE E AND ASSETS WHICH I CAN PROVIDE 265K
SFR
NONOWNER
SIVA, SISA OR FULL DOC
HUSBAND IS AN AVIATION CONSULTANT AND HAS BEEN IN BUSINESS FOR ALMOST 3 YRS AFTER HE RETIRED FROM CONTINENTAL AIRLINES (9500 A MONTH)
WIFE IS A FACILITIES MANAGER FOR WACHOVIA AND HAS BEEN THERE FOR 18 YRS.
(8700 A MONTH)
I CAN PROVIDE EVERYTHING EXCEPT FOR TAX RETURNS. CAN ANYONE DO THIS DEAL? |

Well the first problem is that they are asking for income docs. I cannot provide these. Basicall they are saying that the income is overstated and they will not accept the DU. Also, I can only provide a CPA letter for the client, not a business liscense. Do you have a suggestion?quote:
