| let me add to this, this guy is retired, he wants to sell his property in 5 years to an investment company, for about 5 million, so for right now he just wants the lowest possible payment. understand fully about the program and has no concerns. |

| uh no its illinois, the reason for selling for 5 mil, is the land not the propery, a company wants to purchase off of him to build condos, but who cares about that i want to find a lender so i can close this. |
