My ex-partner owns 2 houses free ad clear, value at about 300,000.
He needs cash our refi, credit line preferred.
He has no real problems, an income tax lien of 11,000.
His score should be higher, owns a mortgage company.

Taxes were paid no lien BTW.
Houses are in PA. One family and a 2 family.

is it a full doc deal if so they can be done and will depends on ltv as anything under 60ltv should be primequote:
