Looking for possible 2nd mtg. est 75-80 CLTV - has good credit & can do FD
Let me know. His 1st is in mid 6's so doesn't want to refi if rate is going to be higher!
Est value $1.3 mil 1st at $800k |

| His rate on a refinance will almost certainly be higher. For a gas station 2nd you're going to need either hard money or a very aggressive local bank. |
