Let me start by saying th following, yes I am new to BO. Yes, I am offering leads. Yes, if you decided to place an order you CAN pay via credit card. Now that my cards are on the table, I am offering the first 50 people that e-mail me 15 free leads. You have my promise that if you are one of the 50, your leads will not go to anyone but you. While I can get leads in each and every state, I placed an order for leads in PA, NJ, NY. The free leads will be delivered to me on Monday (June 2nd) and sent out no later than 2:00pm Monday afternoon.

Here is what I ask of those that get the leads. Just give me an honest opinion about the leads. They are triggers, so you may get the occasional fax machine but the people are shopping, so don't hold that against me. Just need to reach them.

If you decided to purchase leads, the minimum order is on $225.00 for 1,000 leads. DataWarehouse charges $1,000 for 3,000 leads. Which, in my opinion, is way too many for some of the smaller shops.

Let me know if your interested in the free leads. Feel free to email me at info@mydataneeds.com.

Thanks

Welcome to the outpost.

Question,

quote:
You have my promise that if you are one of the 50, your leads will not go to anyone but you.
This seems confusing as trigger leads are sold by the repositories to untold numbers of brokers, lenders and marketing firms - How are you able to make this promise? Perhaps you mean that "you" will not sell them again, but isn't it true that all trigger leads are available to multiple entities?

Is there a way to guarantee that a trigger lead is not provided to multiple brokers/lenders?

Sorry for the confusion, what I was implying is that the 15 free leads will be exclusve to you. For example: if you wanted 15 free leads in Pa, I wouldn't give someone else the same 15 leads to them that I had given to you.

Hopefully this clears up the confusion.

In a way, I kind of agree but they work. I mean, if company abc purchases a list for $2,000.00 and it works why should company xyz get the same lead via a trigger.

In the end, I think the borrower wins because they may have a few options versus just the initial offer. It also forces LOs to be on top of their game.

So far I have only received two requests for the free leads. Geez, I can't even give these things away.

I've been trying to buy ARM Resets from this person for a couple months now.

All I seem to get is empty promises. Has anyone seen any real data from this person?

I'm not sure trigger leads are a good way to go.

Robert, according to his site, he sells several types of leads. His ARM data appeared to be thorough, but he's been claiming to send me a sample for over a month, continually putting it off with no resolve.

Trigger leads are for scum bags. The borrower does not win, the borrower gets confused because a bunch of liars call him and say whatever is necessary to steal the deal.

You will of course get some people who call and lie, but who is to say the original lender wasn't the one lying? You know what they say about someone that ASSUMES, right? The borrower DOES win. The only person a trigger hurts is the loan officer who is trying to rip off their borrower and THAT is it, if a loan officer is being ethical with their borrower they WILL NOT lose them to a trigger. Triggers are great for the consumer and helps a lot of people actually shop. And the people that they help the most are where the original loan officer had no clue what they were doing and STOPPED calling the borrower.

Funny that a credit repair guy wants to call people that can give him business "scum" bags...that's gotta be good for business....
