Hello Everyone,

I have a deal that is in Colorado......my appraisal came in fully entitled at 34m. It is ready to be developed an is right next to 2 major Indian Casino's. This land is zoned for residential and commercial use. IThis is my land that I owe 15 million on the land currently and would entertain any JV offer's or a buyout offer's to 55%-60%
