So I just watched the Padres lose, not a big surprise, followed by a game ending ad. I didn' t catch the name of the company or the begining of the ad, but it ended with ''Call now to discuss our interest rate buy down special at 4.5 percent''.
I've never heard an advertisement proposing a buy down. You? |

You can do 4.5 % , they are not telling you the term of the loan or if discount points apply |

Yes.. I know what can be done. I was noting that I have never heard this as an ad.

what the hell happened to those commercials? they used to be a big sponsor on AM570 and now they are gone all of a sudeen |

| lennox is still out there. i know a guy who is a condo flipper, and he preffers that all buyers get preapproved by lennox and try to close with them. they do a good job, but the biggest no brainer, i dont know. |

| Has any one seen the new FHA commercial by "Top Dot" lending. I saw it twice this weekend. It is actually a good commercial and should produce a ton of calls for this company. I have to admit I was jealous....... |
