| It would be greatly appreciated if anyone might know of a lender still doing 80% LTV on a purchase for a 4-plex. This is full doc, 806 score, $176k loan amt, WA state. Thank you. |

just wondering what the rents would be something like that , WA state is nice I heard , if they OO one of the units you can go FHA with even less than 20% down I think |

| Thank you for taking the time to list these investors Sabina. That's a nice sized list. I will inform you Flagstar is not one that will do this particular scenario, and I understand it's tough to keep up with all the changes going on. |

97% ltv on a 4 plex??? If you are talking about FHA I have never heard one that would cash flow zero at that LTV If it is conventional are there MI companies that would bite? |
