| Looking for a lender that will lend on a yacht. The boat is owned free and clear and the borrower is looking for a 40% LTV 15 million dollar loan. The borrower makes over 50 million per year. This is his personal yacht but he also charters the boat out for 60k a day. He makes about 3 million a year just off the boat. Please email me kelly@dupontalliance.com |

(please don't tell me that the boat has no motors - right? <--last one - he 'forgot' to tell us... hard to explain that one to the lending source that we broker for!) |
