Please give me any suggestions,on getting this deal done

honestly in todays market retail seems to have better options for clients but good jumbo lenders will be wachovia, bear sterns, and maybe countrywide (WA and CW stated programs IDK about bear sterns) |

Do you have a contact number for an AE at Bear Sterns.
I talked to Wachovia, and as you well know they kill
the appriasal value on all deals.
I had a loan in Feb that was for $648K laon amount Wachovia appriasal came in at
$816,000 . The customer would not accept the vaule so I submitted
the loan to Bank ao America which I thought would really get her
attention ( well no it got my attention)BOA vaule came in at $1,213,000. |
