I know this may be a crazy questions, but are any portfolio lenders still doing SIVA on 2.5 - 2.8 million amount?
Residential Property
Self Employed
California
Roughly 70 - 80% LTV (Cross Collateral Possible to lower LTV further)
740 Credit
Reserves can be documented
New Construction, but will be primary residence.
The type of program is very open.

| It would be on an existing property to pay off a construction loan. Trying to find a decent rate that she will be happy with. Thanks. |

Our rates are at 1pt discount, plus broker pts, no YSP - so just make sure we are apples to apples here.
