I know this may be a crazy questions, but are any portfolio lenders still doing SIVA on 2.5 - 2.8 million amount?

Residential Property
Self Employed
California
Roughly 70 - 80% LTV (Cross Collateral Possible to lower LTV further)
740 Credit
Reserves can be documented
New Construction, but will be primary residence.

The type of program is very open.

Please let me know if you need anymore details. If you think you can get it done, please email me at ryanm@apfmail.com. Thanks for your time.

It would be on an existing property to pay off a construction loan. Trying to find a decent rate that she will be happy with. Thanks.

We can do them but rate will start at 6.5% so Kyle's rates may be better.

Our rates are at 1pt discount, plus broker pts, no YSP - so just make sure we are apples to apples here.

I tried to email that link, but it did not go through. Can you please give me an idea of what your rate and fees would be? Thanks.
