I have the following scenario and need some help.
797 FICO
67 LTV
Purchase
OO
SFR
3.5 Million in assets
Borrower wants a 1 yr CMT or 6 Mo libor adjustable.
--> The only company i use that does these, does not lend in oregon.
Qualify I/O preferbaly otherwise 50 backend dti.

| Is anyone able to give suggestions on lenders who might be able to get this loan done , even with another program? |

What rate are you using to qualify him at?
I'm maxed at 45% back end, which I'm sure many others are too. |
