Have any of you had one of these before? MGIC notified us this morning saying they will need a field review before granting MI and to advise if we would like to proceed or not.. We called back within 30 minutes, and have also sent emails letting them know they can proceed, but still no return contact.
I'm just looking for some insight on their fees and turn times for reviews, since they can't seem to deliver a same day response today. |

| Are you sure they will be ordering the field review? They may have been saying "a field review will be required" and expecting you to handle ordering it yourself ... |

Well my UW said they would be ordering it, but the person who left her a VM was very vague. I suggested I just order one right away and she said no, MGIC would have told us to order if that was the case. So I told the UW to call back and get the fee before proceeding, and we have not yet heard back.

| Strange. In the past, I always had to order my own field reviews... Hopefully they call you back tomorrow, but FYI the field review will probably take 2-3 days |

| In general we do, but I've never had to get one for an MI company and my UW said no. Now I know how borrower's must feel when people don't return their phone calls and leave them hanging for a simple answer! |
