client is a mortgage broker. which is one of the things that are killing this deal.
fico 700
loan amount 800K
sfr
ltv 60%
client has lots of assets. owns a 1.2 million house free and clear. lots of reserves as well.
this property is in hawaii.
will welcome hard money lenders if have to go that route. |
