| I believe Eastern Savings will do that low of a LTV. |

Send me the info on the borrowers and the property.
Requirements are tight, but it could get done if the borrowers have everything my company requires.
What kind of documentation do they have for income, assets, etc.
I've done some awhile back, but not on a condo yet. |
