| I know that Wells Fargo is doing Lender Paid Mortgage Insurance for Ficos at 620 and over. Is there another lender that is doing the same? |

| Countrywide has great rates on LPMI products. I have a 7/1 IO with LPMI locked last week at 6% <.875> :) |
