750 fico house worth $6.5 million dollars and it is a $2.5 million dollar loan cash out SIVA and has assets. He spent $$$ rebuilding his house too and this is documented. What can we do for a loan like this and it has to be A-PAPER.

i emailed u kbrown..just to say what I told K-Brown is that this borrower is self employed and has his own business as well as a license for being an investor. He owns nearly $39 million in other properties which has only a 6% LTV combined on all of them and some of the properties have no loans on them at all. He tore down the property and built it back up (spending $2 million of his own $$$)so he owes about $430k on the loan on the house but he wants the loan to pay off an equity line he used on the improvement so he wants a $2.5 million dollar loan. His fico is 750....can this be done????

Why would you even email Kevin? He is not a wholesale rep of any kind. He has a yahoo address and had been called out here for being a complete rookie with a clueless nature..FYI.

Back at ya! LOL....

Jerry: I am not gay. I am, however, thin, single and neat. Sometimes when

someone is thin, single and neat people assume they are gay because that

is a stereotype. They normally don't think of gay people as fat, sloppy

and married. Although I'm sure there are, I don't want to perpetuate

the stereotype. I'm sure they are the minority though within the gay

community. They're probably discriminated against because of that,

people say to them "Y'know Joe, I enjoy being gay with you but I think

think it's about time, y'know that you got in shape, tucked the shirt

in and lost the wife". But if people are even going to assume that

people that are neat are gay, maybe instead of doin' this: "Y'know I

think Joe might be a little... [waves hand back and forth]", they should

vacuum: "Y'know I think Joe might be >vroom< [makes vacuuming motion].

Yeah, I got a feeling he's a little >vrooom<..."

I know, I was pissed! I had a $1.2 Trillion dollar deal but if was just outside their guidelines unfortunately. I am actively seeking a lender for the 200 Billion second loan..

Haha! that poor guy, you've got to give it to him, he has the fire! Just needs to focus his energy on more productive tasks than government level finance. Maybe start out with residential finance like the rest of us, build up a feeble savings, then move up that ladder a bit.

He doesn't just say he can do the govt financing. I emailed him asking for the lenders and he replied a few times saying he found one and would get back to me. Never did...Shocker.
