We are trying to get $15,000,000 to finish the construction. This is going
to be an international construction loan in El Salvador in Central America.
All the lands have been paid in full and design is complete all permits have
been acquired and we also have a major company from Spain who wants to run
the project already.

Need more info....
Like:
LTV request...
LTC request...
AS IS value of the land....
Are the borrowers US or non US citizens?...
How strong are the borrowers?
Are they your direct borrowers?
How fast does this have to be done?
This has the air of possibility on it.... we would just like to know more to see if our lending sources would even nibble - let alone bite....
