Now correct me if I am wrong. But after June 1st, we are loosing declining markets. It would just be about the MI. But I know that MGIC is on point for June 1st.

That loan itself most lenders will buy, the problem is getting a MI company to ins. this. Check with RMIC or Radian

Also check with C Wide, they just releaced a SP LPMI program that looks half way deicent
