here the scenerio:
720 credit, very strong assets, purchase, 750k-825k loan amount,1.1m sales price, nj.
Borrowers have owned business in building for over 10years now they want to buy the building.

Can anyone do this? Banks I am trying will not because its a night club and they dont want to take chance.

If they're are buying the land then what seems to be the problem? Call me so we discuss it.

The parameters of this deal seem viable.

Here is our focus:

A/R loans
Factoring
Machinery & Equipment
Sale-leasebacks
Business Acquisitions
Any Income producing properties (acquisitions and refinancing)
