here the scenerio: 720 credit, very strong assets, purchase, 750k-825k loan amount,1.1m sales price, nj. Borrowers have owned business in building for over 10years now they want to buy the building.
Can anyone do this? Banks I am trying will not because its a night club and they dont want to take chance. |

If they're are buying the land then what seems to be the problem? Call me so we discuss it. |

The parameters of this deal seem viable.
