Free lead for a NY broker who can get 569 FHA done. Please already be signed up with a lender who does these.
We are not licensed in NY. I do not need nor am asking for any compensation. It is a true free lead.
Email me your conact info and I will email it to the customer and have them call you today.

Hey guys, sorry, this is a lead I was getting 2nd hand. I just got the real scoop. It is an FHA jumbo but they wanted 92% LTV which I believe is not available with cash out.
I am reviewing the file to see if 85% will work
I guess I posted this too soon, once I get the info I will contact each of you.

You can do this no prob 6.125 pays 1. Unless it is a multi fam. |
