In Florida we use www.sunbiz.orG(free) but I need the equivalent for Texas. Thank you.

| The Secretary of State will only work if the business is registered at the State level. A company can function in TX and still be organized in a different state, in which case you still can check DBA's by County if you know what county the business is working in. |
