No minimum Fico requirement, no DTI requirement
24 hour approval, and most loans can fund within 7 days of submission!
CLTV up to 65% LTV
We lend in CA,OR,ID,UT,WA,AZ and CO
EZ submission (1003, 1008 and credit for conditional approval)
Remember we can do hard money loans in second position, which will allow your borrower to keep their low rate on their first, while giving them the cash out they need.
Cross collaterization available
We also offer commercial loans on income producing property up to 2.5 million
