One deal closed and 1 in pipeline.. There is no loss to try my sample, just book it with me by sending me an e-mail with your preferred state, the phone number where you want the call to come in and the hours that ya'll be available.

Manish just sent me a live transfer and the customer was in a fixed rate of 6.8 with a 720 fico with a home valued at 250K owing 150k. The customer was very receptive and I should be taking an app on Monday. I am emailing him a GFE to review. Excellent lead! Thanks Manish! Should be able to save him around $200.00 per month.

I am still a new member to BO but I have done some due diligence on Manish and have received nothing but positive feedback from the BO references he gave.
